Why aren't I popular? And how can I be?

Bleive me.... I am not tryin 2 be snotty at all. I'm rlly & trly jat tryin 2 fnd an answe. Ok if u look onlin & follow tips on how 2 b cool then they will say 2 get involvd. Well I'm as much involvd as can be! I played evry sprt4 athletix & I cheer & I play sftbll.& ya I no wut u mite b thinkin & I am good at all that 2! I made A team a.k.a. the best team in all the team sprts. They mite aslo say 2 b clean. Well my face ain't gettin any clearer!& I fix my hair @ least 3x a week. & I try to dress trendy enough with name brands & all. I keep up my grades, in fact I'm n the giftd class & Im most dfinatly not a nerd. I don't have a bf & I rlly don't want 1 but I may consdr gettin 1 if that's what It takes 4 me 2 b cool. But one huge reason I alrdy don't have 1 is explning/askng my mom for 1. Wut will she say if ido get 1? Oh ya btw I'm 13 & about 70% of my friends have one. Then thrs my dad 2 and my step dad. What will they say? Then my gma and uncls & aunts"ll Wana tlk bout it at get2gthrs. Idk my family is so weird & they feel they have to share EVERYTHiNG! Then there is drama & I'll lose frinds & get in trbl then b sad & all that. But that's y I don't have a bf alredy or at lest since I was like 5. But ya. Friends- I don't have trubl makin frinds at all! I actlly have lots if friends.&my dad tell me I am pretty all the time and I know it's my dad but I feel good about myslf I don't think I'm ugly but am I? But anyway I'm blonde with blue eyes kinda short and skinny because I'm flyer fir cheer stunts but I'm not scronny cuz I'm a big time athlete. I also do things that cool people do like facebook & I tx all the time & spend at least 3 hours a week on YouTube,listen to da hottst music and watch jrsy shr, stuff lik dat. I am nit trying 2 b snoty but y rnt I popular? I hv lots o frinds just not kool 1s. How can I b cool w/out lvng old frnds? I'm cmfy w/ who I & dnt wanna change I just wanna know wut I'm doin rng? How can I b cool when I feel Prfct just not popular?
