How can i develop this voice(read on, for detials)?

Ok, I want to be an actor, and I want to develope these types of voices. I hate my voice , I sound slow and high... Hard to describe. I wish u guys can hear it. But I want to develop this voice for my acting career... I want a voice like jessica rabbit in who framed roger rabbit, and a michelle pfeiffer as the catwoman. Their voce is so sexy, sulty beatiful voice. And I want a voice like that. What classes or other things I need To do to get a voice like them.. I really want a. Voice like jessica rabbit.
