Does she like me or is she unsure ?Please I really need help with thisn?

I recently came out to all my friends that I am bi sexual . After a couple of months my best friend told me she is bi sexual too. I later developed feelings for her ( I am not in love with her but I like her a lot because we have so many things in common). Well the other night I told her and she said she doesn't feel the same . Then a Couple of minutes later she started saying it's not you its me and I know i am gorgeous . She calls me pretty and baby is she leading me on? And then today she told me that she is really stressing about weather she is bi or not . Should I give her time because she said maybe one day I will like you ? Help
