How can i get smooth, soft, shiny, silky hair?

Okay if your hair is dry. Don't shampoo. Use conditioner to wash your hair . Its called co-washing. To keep my hair shiny I use got2b shine serum . To get it soft I mix in a tablespoon of honey to my condoner an let it say for at least half an hour
