He hurt me, what do ido?

so many times we arranged to meet and he finally said hes defo coming, cuz he never turned up three times, or was 'BUSY', and then he got my hopes up and wasnt there. i was so upset,hes my ex crush nd my best mate.. he got kicked out of school so i havent seen him in months, but we talk by phone etc. i dont no what to do? or say,i asked where he was he said not there and i said why but he never said. and now hes always busy and doesnt talk to me? o.o what to i do or say, i wana get back at him im tired of him hurting me. what to do.
