What are the steps to be a dermatologist?

okay now that i am 100% positive thats what i want to do i need advice, like do i need to go to college or a university, are there any good ones in texas? What all can ido to get a scholarship near the future, im still in high school i havent graduated yet, what classes to i take and what courses do i take? basic or something like pharmacology something along those lines, and what all steps to i take?? i need all the help i can get, is there any way i can do less tht 12 years of college?? let me kno please!!
