What do girls think when they see guys do this?

I don't think its not manly to go down, I mean obviously you are in pain. Just if a girl was hit in the breast or something it wouldn't be pleasant. But as far as reactions I think it is funny because it is a weak spot for a man, and you can completely tell by the look on your faces.
