What software language should I learn to develop in?

I don't particularly enjoy coding, nor do I plan on being a software engineer. However, I am a huge tech enthusiast and I do see many job postings for them so there is clearly a need. I am a Microsoft fan so I use Windows and Windows Phone and I usually work in enterprise desktop support.
