When do children begin to develop breasts?

Don't worry it is completely normal. My daughter is the same age and she has the buds the size a grown mans fist. Even though she is slightly over weight i took her in and the doctor said that she was developing a woman's case of brest cancer. she is fourteen now and has passed fighting breast cancer. I am very proud of her, but it was her fathers mothers fault. My daughter Alexis now has high cholesterol.
