Can using warm olive oil and hot towel treatment for hair sort out these hair problems???!!!!?

i know it works and gives shiny silky hair bt can this treatment solve other problems wich r SPLIT ENDS, HAIR FALL, DANDRUFF? can it make hair strong???? i asked 4 sum suggestions on how to fix all dese hair problems and got a good and hlpful reply....but whoever gave dat answer wrote nly abt making hair shiny and silky and nthing abt split ends or hairfall! so it wud b xtremely grateful if sum1 cud tell me whether this treatment can fix all d problems or not....if not wat r d other ways to sort out these hair problems???(any helpful suggestions wud b gr8) 1 more thing...i dont wanna apply hair oil on daily basis...dat's y m lukin 4 a solution to hair damage without hair oil(daily application) or some chemicals (harsh shampoos or conditioners) :)
