Permanent hairdye question! 10 p to best answer!! thanks(:?

my hair on my head underneath is black and the top is light brown if I dye my whole head with washout dark brown hairdye, that also makes hair much shinier and silkier, will the black get more brown or will it become darker and just silkier? it's a 30 day washout dye no harsh chemicals
