How do i get my videos on youtube noticed?

my youtube is http://www.youtube.com/user/saiton1PS3 but i only have 190 subscribers and i do videos regulary but i'm just not getting loads of subscribers. i would really like to get 1000 ido call of duty videos and i have good videos
