Can black mold cause dizziness, nausea, vertigo, and fainting?

We've had black mold in my mom's room since last November. It seems she's developed these symptoms since then, but she had also fallen down stairs and had a concussion in February 2010. So the doctor told her it was from the concussion, as it can take up to 18 months to get better. We've always forgotten to mention the black mold, though.. So can black mold cause these symptoms?
