How can I style/wash my naturally long wavy hair without it getting poofy and frizzy?

I've embraced my naturally thick blonde hair (it's got natural streaks of lighter and darker blonde) I love the gentle waves it gets sometimes but I can't bear to leave my hair like that cause it always gets frizzy and poofy if I leave it down. So here is my question: are there any shampoo, conditioner, spray or mousse that I could use to easily make my hair shiny, silky, and smooth? Thanks so much for your help!
