Should i go to the gym twice a day?

Your muscles do get worn and torn sometimes and it is best if you rest them for a day before going back for the cells to build and repair itself. Everytime you exserise you re build body tissues. If you are going to go twice a day you should work on different muscles if one is sore, if you force/ continue to work out on that certain muscle when it is sore you could risk the chance of getting it torn
